Hello, Summer! (: Today marks the first day of summer, even though I've technically been on summer break for the past month and a half. Can you believe that June is almost over?! Time flies... and then I'll be heading back down to JMU in no time to finish my last year as an undergrad student... whoa. Today, the weather is absolutely beautiful and it's been a lovely day of relaxation. My sisters and I had lunch at a local Vietnamese restaurant with my grandma and then went thrifting! My grandma ended up buying a tie for my grandpa and a new thermos (which is one of the older models with the cup attached, kind of like the ones used for hiking). My sister treated herself to a new white satchel (great for summer) and found some high waisted jeans that we're going to cut up and turn into shorts! Hooray! (: Thrifting with my grandma is more fun than I thought it would be. I hope everyone is enjoying their first day of summer and the wonderful weather!! Oh, and guest appearance by my lovely dog, Coco (hehe)
