My senior project for my Hospitality Management major is to plan and execute a themed event with a group of 6 or 7 people. The process includes creating a theme, budgeting for our event, decor, planning a menu, entertainment, and an overall view of how we would like our event to be.
My group is made up of 6 other females, making it a total of 7. We decided our theme would be "Fire & Ice: Experience the Elements". Our mission is to have our guests really experience the two natural elements through our use of food, decor and entertainment. I'm so proud of my group! We worked so hard to plan this all out and now we have to gather all of our materials over the summer to put on our event when we return for the school year.
