Sweet Summer Time Smoothie



So lately, I've really been getting into smoothies for a light snack to tie me over until I can actually eat lunch or just something to pair with my breakfast. This is probably the easiest and fastest way to make a great smoothie that's healthy and delicious at the same time!

Ingredients:

Frozen fruit
 (I bought a tropical smoothie blend but there are berry mixes, etc to choose from)

Chocolate Milk

Basically, those are the two ingredients you'll need and then a blender! First, depending on how much of a smoothie you want pour in a few chunks of frozen fruit (I have a small single serve blender right now, so i fill it up maybe a little less than half way with fruit) then, pour in chocolate milk (i have 1% right now, but you can really use any type of chocolate milk or even soy milk/almond milk/etc). Pour maybe a little less than the amount of fruit you have. Then, blend until smooth! You may have to stir the mixture up a bit because sometimes the fruit gets stuck. Pour into a cup and its a little thicker than a normal smoothie, so you might have to use a spoon. 

Enjoy! (: This smoothie doesn't need any extra sugar or anything because the chocolate milk adds enough sugar to sweeten up the mixture. Yay! Super easy and super fast, this smoothie will definitely tie you over as a snack.
